I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Recoleta. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of this upmarket area, with easy access to the park where the market is on with hundreds of craft stalls. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
Nothing.

This is truly a first-class hotel, as luxurious and comfortable as any I have stayed in. The room was spacious and well-appointed, the bed was comfortable, the room was relatively quiet, and the bathroom was large and modern. The cut flowers in the bathroom were a nice touch. The staff was extremely courteous and responsive. The breakfast was excellent.
Luxury has its price. This is a relatively expensive hotel. Nevertheless, I thought the price was reasonable given the quality, except for the 69 pesos per day the hotel charges for an internet connection. Wireless internet access is free practically everywhere, including economy hotels. The Caesar Park would garner some extra good will (or avoid sour feelings) if it did the same.
